AIThe 200 Post Persona Method
Stop prompting AI like a client who says “make it look nice.”
Two hundred posts, half yours and half from voices you admire, one document about how you think, and an interview. The method my companies run on. Sixty-two pages, free.
Is this you?
You asked it for a post and it sounded like a robot.
Everything it writes sounds like everyone else’s.
You rewrite the whole thing anyway, so what did it save you?
You’ve quietly stopped opening it.
The problem isn’t the tool. It’s the input.
The interview, started.
Part two of the method starts with a recorded interview with yourself. These are six of its prompts. Answer them out loud and you’ve begun.
-
Personal Background
Where are you from? What was your childhood like?
-
Professional Journey
How did you get into this field? What was your path?
-
Values and Beliefs
What are the core beliefs that guide your life and your work?
-
Leadership and Communication Style
When you speak to your audience, what do you want them to feel?
-
Your Audience
Who are you speaking to? Who are the people you serve?
-
Strengths and Weaknesses
What would you say are your greatest strengths? What do people come to you for?
The other prompt sections, the two hundred posts, the persona document and the AI interview that ties it together are all in the book.

How it works
-
Curate your two hundred posts.
A hundred of your greatest hits, a hundred from voices you admire. That’s the reading list.
-
Build the persona document.
Record your story, transcribe it, drop it in one doc. How you think, what you believe, who you serve.
-
Let AI interview you.
It asks, you answer, then you hand it the blueprint. From then on, “write me a post about X.”
Set it up once. Then it’s yours, on every platform, in your voice.
I renovate houses for a living
Tell a contractor to remodel your kitchen and “make it look nice,” and you can guess how that goes. Cabinets that don’t match. A layout that makes dinner harder. Technically nice, and not at all what you had in mind. You didn’t start with a blueprint.
That’s what most people do to AI. I don’t write code. I run a handful of companies on AI by talking to it, and everything it writes in my name sounds like me, because I taught it to first. I gave it a reading list, a blueprint, and an interview.
People who know you can’t tell. That’s the bar.
I didn’t learn to prompt. I taught it who I am.
What owners tell me
It’s fine, I guess. It’s just not me.
I spend longer fixing it than I’d spend writing it.
My assistant uses it and I can tell.
I don’t want to become a prompt guy.
When AI doesn’t have direction, it fills in the gaps. And it sounds off.
It sounds like you on a good day.
One prompt, a draft you’d actually post. You edit it instead of rescuing it.
The same voice on social, in email, on the blog.
You stop staring at the blank screen.
Everything it writes in your name is either you, or nobody.
