For owners who run real companies

Get your week back. No code, no tech guy.

I’ll show you and your team how to run more of your business with AI, marketing included. Three ways in: marketing you run yourself, one task that eats your week, and your whole team. Or start free with the 200 Post Persona Method.

Is this you?

  • You’re paying for marketing you can’t evaluate, and you suspect the math changed.

  • There’s one task that eats hours every week, and when you tried to hand it to a chatbot it came back wrong.

  • Half your team is using AI in secret and half won’t touch it, and you don’t know what good looks like.

  • You’ve heard AI will change your business and you’re tired of feeling behind in front of tech people.

It’s not a tech problem. It’s an operator problem. That’s the part I can help with.

Run Your Own Marketing

Agencies are expensive and often don’t get you. Run your own marketing with AI and my playbook, for a fraction of what it used to cost.

For the owner who pays a retainer every month and still can’t say what it’s getting them.

The AI Working Session

Send me the one task that eats your week. Two hours at your desk, on your real work, and you leave with it running.

For the owner with one repeated mess and no time to learn software.

AI for Your Team

Your team is already using AI. Let’s make sure they’re doing it right, in a half day, in your office.

For the leader who’s sat through a vendor demo and left with a login and a quote.

Not an AI problem? If it’s the leader, not the task, that’s the ongoing work: personal leadership, team health, and growth.

How I work

I run real companies. I’ve run a marketing agency for six years. And I don’t write code. Every website, tool, and system my companies run on today, I built with AI, by talking to it, inside a business that was open the whole time.

I want to show you “here’s how you do it,” help you think it through, and coach you as you build. That’s the whole model. You’ll do it with me in the room, so in a month when you want to change it, you can.

In person in Fort Worth. Virtual anywhere.

What I hear most

  • I tried it once and it sounded like a robot.

  • My team’s using it and I have no idea what’s going into it.

  • I don’t have time to learn another piece of software.

  • Everyone else seems to have figured this out.

How it goes

  1. Tell me about your business.

What you run, who’s on the team, and the thing that keeps eating your week. A short note is enough.

  2. We pick the door.

One task, your marketing, or your whole team. I’ll tell you which one I’d start with and why.

  3. We do it in the room.

Show, then do. You leave with it working and the know-how to do the next one yourself.

One owner, a small group, or a whole team. In person in Fort Worth, virtual anywhere.

Every session has this in common

  • In your office

Your people, your laptops, your real work. Virtual if you’re not in Fort Worth.

  • Your real files

We set it up on the task you actually do, in your voice, not a demo.

  • You drive, I coach

You’re at the keyboard. I’m beside you. That’s how it sticks.

  • The next one is yours

You built the first one. You’ll build the second without me.

Jamey Ice smiling in the front doorway of a white brick house.

I don’t build your AI for you. I teach you, and coach you while you do.

  • You know what every marketing dollar does.

  • The task that ate your week runs without you.

  • Your team works one way, in one voice, in the open.

  • You stopped feeling behind in front of tech people.

Another year of feeling behind, or an afternoon with someone who runs a business on it.

Twenty-seven companies in, and I still can’t write a line of code.
