AIThe AI Working Session

Send me the one task that eats your week.

Two hours, at your desk, on your real work. You leave with it running, in your voice, and you know how to do the next one yourself.

Is this you?

  • There’s a report, a proposal, an update, or a write-up that takes hours every week and lands on you or on one overloaded person.

  • You’ve tried handing it to a chatbot. It came back wrong, or generic, or both.

  • You’re starting to think either everyone’s lying about this, or everyone else figured it out and you’re behind.

  • You’re the bottleneck on that thing, and you’re tired of it.

You asked a question and got an answer. What you needed was a coworker who already knows your business. One answers you. One works for you.

My approach

I’m not a tech guy. I run a real estate company. I started with the work I was tired of doing by hand every week. Now that work runs from our own data, in our voice, and a person checks it before it goes out.

That’s the model. Don’t just do the task. Build the thing that does the task. You’re not learning software. You’re teaching a coworker.

I won’t build it and leave. You’ll build it with me in the room, because in a month you’ll want to change it, and you should be able to.

Stop typing. Just talk.

What owners tell me

  • It’s Thursday night and I’m still writing the client update.

  • I asked it to write the proposal and it sounded like nobody.

  • I don’t want to learn another tool. I want the thing done.

  • I gave it to my assistant and it came back needing more work than before.

What we set up

Jamey Ice laughing, working at a laptop in a library room.

A workspace that knows you

Your files, your voice, your rules, before you type a word. This is the part the chat box never had, and it’s why the chat box came back wrong.

Set up once. Used every week.

The job, taught once

So it runs the same way every time, for anyone on your team. The report, the proposal, the update, built from your real inputs, in your voice.

The kind of task this fixes

If you do it more than twice the same way, it's a candidate. Click one and tell me about yours.

The habit

Stop typing. Just talk. Push it. Make it better. Own what goes out. The habit is the part that outlives the session.

The next one

You’ll build the second task without me, because you watched yourself build the first. That’s the point of the room.

How it works

  1. Tell me the mess.

What the task is, who does it now, what went wrong when you tried to hand it off.

  2. Two hours at your desk.

We set it up in your voice, with your real files, on your real task. You drive. I coach. You leave with it working.

  3. The next one is yours.

You pick the next task and set it up on your own.

One owner or a small group. In person in Fort Worth or virtual.

I won’t build it and leave. You build it, with me in the room.

  • The report went out Tuesday. Nobody stayed late.

  • Your people saw how it was done and did the next one themselves.

  • You stopped being the bottleneck on that thing.

  • It sounds like you, because it was built from you.

  • Thursday night is yours again.

Another year of Thursday nights, or two hours. Your call.

Two hours. Your desk. It’s running.
